User Data Deletion

In accordance with Facebook and GDPR policies, ReceiveIt provides a way for users to request the deletion of their personal data collected via our integrations (WhatsApp, Facebook Login).

If you have used ReceiveIt via Facebook Login or if you receive WhatsApp notifications linked to your Facebook/Meta account, you can manage your data directly from your Facebook space:

1. Go to your Facebook profile Settings & Privacy.
2. Click on Settings.
3. In the left menu, select Apps and Websites.
4. Search for ReceiveIt in the list.
5. Click the Remove button next to the app name.
6. Check the box to confirm deletion of your activities and data on ReceiveIt.
7. Click Remove to finalize the request.

You can also request manual deletion of your personal data stored on our servers by contacting us directly:

• Email: privacy@receiveit.com
• Subject: Data Deletion Request (WhatsApp/Facebook)

Please include the email address associated with your account or the phone number used for notifications so we can identify and process your request as quickly as possible (usually within 48h).

Upon deletion, the following data will be permanently erased:

• Your name and email address provided during authentication.
• Your phone number if used for notifications.
• History of notifications sent via WhatsApp.
• Your Facebook/Meta access tokens.
